Take the greatness of bands such as Disarm, Anti-Cimex, Moderat Likvidation and mix it up with later Swedish (Skitsystem) and American (State of Fear) raw hardcore and you’ll get the point. This band features former members of Misery, Destroy, Pissed, and Civil Disobedience playing straight up hardcore/punk apparently inspired by the 80's UK style (though it sounds a little different than that), with three vocalists (male and female) shouting over simple and moderately fast chord progressions with a few dirty lead lines.

Besthöven hammer out their Brazilian horrorcore on another split – dis-tortion and d-beat raw punk!Flip it over and find American Alternate System. There’s a feeling of Anti-Cimex, especially their live stuff like “Fucked in Finland” and “Made in Sweden”, surrounding this band and this is very present throughout. The vocals in particular brings my thoughts to Jonsson, but the music aren’t far behind. They also show their affection for crusty riffs along the lines of Amebix in some tracks.
The Gatheration is a project by the brothers Simon, Daniel, Ulf and Jesper Blomberg. As they all have some experience from other bands, Simon and Daniel from M:40 and Ulf from Grace.Will.Fall, they now want to do something together. The idea is to play simple forward punk rock with a twist of surf. Clear references to bands such as the Burning Kitchen and The Sonics.
