The amazing third album from these crust'n'roll monsters, this is their most brutal album yet still catchy as well - these guys know how to write songs! Crushing Entombed/Disfear style riffing on top of a solid classic Scandinavian hardcore foundation!
Positive, fast, hard and also melodic Hard Core, with an angry voice that screams out social critic, heartbroken and lifeless lyrics. Some of you may already saw them on tour, during one of their live act. You can't forget the passion running through the air. Now it's time to check them on studio! Great sing a longs and lotsa power inside. Here you can feel the spirit of a band that's not into HC just for a momen... Pissed off, heart broken and fashionable rocking HC.

Tristess are definitely paying homage to Ebba Grön, P.F. Commando etc., but never mind all that. You´re not gonna care whether this was recorded 28 years ago or somewhere in Umeå 2004, because it´s great punk rock!

Devastating…like a cross between mid period Neurosiswith sprinklings of Dystopia, Initial State and newer bands like Born Dead Icons. When labels usually spout that kind of comparison bullshit, its wise to take it with a pinch of salt, but when you’ve never heard of a new band, how do you alert those into the kind of hardcore that levels buildings? How can a band be heavy, yet not metal? How can a band invoke an atmosphere that is defiant…

LIFE…BUT HOW TO LIVE IT? are widely acknowledged as not only one of the finest bands to ever come out of Norway, but also one of the finest ever European hardcore punk bands in general. Formed in 1988 and eventually splitting up in 1994, in those six years the band recorded three albums, plus a couple of singles, and toured extensively throughout Europe. Their back catalogue is now highly sought after, with original albums selling for a premium. Boss Tuneage is thrilled to announce a complete reissue series of the entire LIFE BUT HOW TO LIVE IT?
The Bone Idles, hailing from Karlsruhe/Germany, and their Norwegian friends Dangerman release their new split album with 11 new songs in total. The CD version has four bonus tracks, that only appeared on a limited 7” single before: Bone Idles cover „Disiplin“ (Svart Framtid) and „Tough guy“ (Beastie Boys), Dangerman „Letter From An Occupant“ (New Pornographers) und „Nobody’s Diary“ (Yazoo). The Bone Idles still play old school hardcore and Gunnar’s voice (ex So Much Hate) is still rough and powerful. Dangerman, with members of Life But How To Live It?, So Much Hate and Drunk, play fast forward punk rock with some hardcore influences and snotty vocals.
Split CD EP - 2 brand new tracks from each band with 24 page booklet telling the story of Cyclopen Autonomous centre burned down by Nazis in 2008 and now rebuilding - proceeds towards the new centre - housed in gatefold digipack and limited edition. This a split benefit fundraiser CD for the Stockholm autonomous Cyklopen centre that was burnt down by neo-nazis, it gives a background on the autonomous space a brief look into the future with the construction of a new space, It was my first time to every to hear KANSALAISTOTTELEMATTOMUUS who´s name I am still trying to say, hailing from Finland they share the same singer as Oi Polloi which can be confusing at first as DEEKs voice is pretty recognisable and leads you to pondering which band you are listening to. KANSALAISTOTTELEMATTOMUUS bring two brand new tracks of some really great songs of aggression fuelled hardcore which has a very strong bass giving it a real dirty feel, the lyrics are strong and catchy and just like Oi Polloi would have you singing along. In my opinion KANSALAISTOTTELEMATTOMUUS are actually the better band on this CD not that Oi Polloi don´t they to give a strong performance with one song in English "System" which delivers some more of their "street crust" (a term which I have only became familiar with when listening to other Oi Polloi tracks) and "Cyklopen" in Gaelic which has a kinda early crust feel to it in the Vein of the likes of Amebix. -All in all a good cause and a good CD.

Gabo left CD CP, Thomas and Simons Kalashnikov orchestra died out and Markus disturbances was since long a memory. The four of them got together and formed a band sometime in early 2009. And thus South City Locos was born. After a year of rehearsing they decided to walk in to a studio and record their first self financed record on their own label. With help from unbreakable and studio motion this become possible and the album Punk rock’s dead became the end result. Mixed punk styles with crazy Latino melodies, pure southern aggression and a frustration that only a life in exile can bring. The eleven track record delivers fast aggressive punk with lyrics over the frustration of unemployment, dismay for society and the punk rock elite. With a strong inclination on chaos and disorder the CD plows, for a solid 30 minutes, through their frustration, aggression and ”love” for life, society and human beings in general. Done a few gigs in the dark with a wounderful response from the guy behind the mixertabel, the girl in the bar and not at least by the bouncers. The gigs has been in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Helsingborg, Roskilde and the chaos will continue in 2011 in Kopenhagen, Rostock and Vienna The record starts out really fast and it continues in the same pace with a punkrockstyle which bubbles of happiness to play, it feels like if they have taken a lot of punkstyles and mixed it together to their own style, with the base in fast streetpunk rythm or how i should express it. It´s fun with new punkbands and I think that just South City locos will have a bright future.

The RESTARTS, from England, have a fucking slick new CD for you punks! The RESTARTS have managed to craft a catchy type of melodic punk without losing the punk rock venom you need to hold the kids' attention. The new CD is on Active Distribution and it is entitled System Error. The RESTARTS come out of the blocks with lots of momentum on the lead off tune, "Time Waster" and segue into "Walk Away", "Breaking My Balls" and the title cut, "System Error." Song number six brings together great punk guitar hooks and forceful lead vocals combined with harmonies. "Crucified" showcases the RESTARTS at the top of their game- you get blistering guitar leads, solid drum foundation, top flight bass playing and great choruses! The lyrics to "Crucified" are intelligent, read on: "Like blood that doesnt wash down your neck upon a block/ Events won't bring a stop, it's up against the clock/ And with no fence to sit up to your neck in it/ The scales are ever tipped to end under the whip/Either way, you're crucified." Very good! The RESTARTS surge through "Age of Fear" and "Double Standards." Song number nine is a love song called "Wouldnt Wanna." The band sings, "I can't talk or communicate/ I can't give or reciprocate/ watch it all just disintegrate"-- such a romantic approach! Next up is "Never Know" and this one is followed by a strong punk tune called "Frustration." On "Frustration" the RESTARTS employ their two lead singers to the fullest. This is a superior punk product!
Actively Seeking Work 1996 -1998. This is not a full discography LP but it features the Frustration ep, the Just Gets Worse ep, Job Club demo and State Rape LP tracks (everything not on the two LP's) all remastered in a lovely "bespoke" card package. Includes two posters, one of lyrics and one of artwork.
The Restarts first crawled out of the North London Squat scene nearly a decade ago. Serial dole scroungers the lot of them, they named their band after the dreaded 'back to work' interviews and set about touting their stroppy four-chord punk to spiky-haired audiences around the world. Yelling out barbed diatribes against the state over chunky metal guitars, they've slowly but surely clawed their way to the top of the underground pile. Staying true to their punk ideals and more DIY than Homebase, The Restarts book their own tours, produce their own (outstanding) artwork, and stick with anti-corporate labels and promoters.
USA meet Hungary on this furious blasting grindcore attack! Released 2009
The highly productive Passiv dödshjälp is back with a new fullength. Hereon you will find seven new PD songs and one Tinner cover. Pulverizing crustcore from 026. Intense in a direct way; keeping focus of the shit in todays society.
formed in 1997 in Carpignano (Northern Italy), and started out playing music in the vein of spazzed out experimental HC like Converge with influences from heavy mosh-metal like Disembodied and some Emo in the style of Ebullition bands. As they experimented with the sound by constant touring and recording they evolved into a hectic mix of Botch, Hydrahead Record's sound, Converge, Coalesce, Today's the Day with some dark electronica producing simple, chaotic but intense music!
Utterly political, raging crustpunk with fe/male vocalists, dealing with issues such as the eu summit 2001, eating disorder, cops, being a convict and to have a multiple personality. Once again, Protestera show us who are the ruler and pioneer of anarchapunk! Essential for not just punks: this album are essential to every human being. Collectively, we need to take what’s ours back. Everything to everyone!
Gothenburgers of d-beat mayhem. raw and brutal käng to the bone.
Yeah another release from SWEDISH band. This was supposed to be a 12 tracks LP release by Deranged Records somewhere around 2008, and Kranium Records did a 31 songs CD as well.
